VILLA STRUYCKENBERGEN

They do exist, places where it is so quiet, that you only hear each other and the rustling of the wind, the whistling of the birds, the passing of the deer. Places that invite you to have all the attention for each other, to be together. Such a place is Villa Struyckenbergen, near our estate, in a beautiful spot on the Stakenberg Heath. You don't have to do anything here except move along with the rhythm of the day. The time is yours, we take care of the rest.

Villa Struyckenbergen is suitable for twelve to fourteen people. The six charming bedrooms and seven fine bathrooms offer plenty of privacy for your entire group. In the outbuilding next to the villa is a wonderful private spa and outside in the greenery a whirlpool. The attractive, spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. If you prefer not to cook, we can provide fine lunches and dinners from Het Roode Koper. In the morning, the local baker will place your breakfast at your front door.

A stay at Villa Struyckenbergen means a break from the daily grind, in surroundings you might prefer to stay in for weeks.

KITCHEN WITH A VIEW

The spacious and luxurious kitchen is equipped with all modernities including wine fridge, xl oven and a spacious dining table. Thanks to a beautiful glass wall, the light in this room is enormous and the view of the heath is beautiful. The living room, which can be closed off from the kitchen, is tastefully decorated with elegant furniture and comfortable sofas. The bay window offers a view of the garden and the heather.

WAKING UP RESTED

Wake up when you want, the day will wait. You can hear nature waking up quietly outside, and in your comfortable bed you like to turn over again. How peaceful! The villa has six double bedrooms, each with its own sitting area. In the building next to the villa there are two additional beds.

PRIVATE BATHROOMS (7)

Each bedroom has its own luxurious, stylish bathroom with bath or shower, sink and toilet. Some bathrooms even have a view of the garden and heathland from the bath. A wonderful way to start the day.

PRIVATE SPA

In a spacious and modern building next to the villa is the wellness area. The Finnish sauna with a view of the forest, the wellness area and the rain shower ensure total relaxation. You walk along an elegantly laid out path from the sauna building to the sheltered whirlpool.

UNDER THE STARRY SKY

From the sauna building, you walk along an elegantly laid out path to the sheltered whirlpool. On a clear evening in April, you can see the constellation of the Great Bear right above the whirlpool.

ROUND THE FIRE

Long evenings with nice conversations around an outdoor fire with a drink and tasty snacks. In the distance you can hear the typical sounds of the forest. For a while, this place is all yours. These are the evenings you long for afterwards.

AROUND THE HOUSE

The villa has an outdoor area of one hectare for a game of petanque in the garden, where children can romp around. On sunny days the sun always appears somewhere on one of the three terraces. When the weather is nice, there is enough space to have lunch, dinner and drinks together in the open air.

ACTIVE RELAXATION

From the garden you can walk straight onto the heathland where you can walk and cycle for miles. If you do not encounter wildlife during your walk, you will probably spot a pack of deer along the fence of the grounds. For mountain bikers, there is a challenging MTB track. You don't have to bring your own bikes, we can arrange them for you.

FOREST, HEATHLAND, DEER

Villa Struyckenbergen is situated on the edge of the Stakenberg Heath, where Elspeet's flock of sheep graze and the heath passes into the Leuvenum Wood. The immediate surroundings offer everything the Veluwe is known for: extensive forests, heathland mounds and fens, sand drifts, deer and wild boar.

You can rent the villa for a minimum stay of 2 nights. These are the rates and the arrival and departure days:

Friday – Monday:	3 nights	€ 6.000,00
Monday – Wednesday:	2 nights	€ 3.500,00
Wednesday – Friday:	2 nights	€3.500,00
Friday – Sunday:	2 nights	€ 3.500,00

Tarieven geldig tot 1 januari 2023.

During public holidays and school vacations a minimum stay of 7 nights applies. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is until 11 a.m. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
